Exchanges and Returns

Each of our garments is made with care and love, but if you are not completely satisfied with your item or wish to exchange it, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• The item is new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• It retains its original tags and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

If you would like to exchange an item for another, please return the original item and place a new order for the one you wish to receive.

Exclusions: Sale items and, for hygiene reasons, all hair accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Our garments are handmade with great care and delicacy. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations that do not affect the design or quality of the item.

Payments and Refunds

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
• Apple Pay & Google Pay
• Shopify Payments (secure through Stripe or an external payment gateway)

Once the return is approved, the item is received, and everything has been verified, we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount paid—minus shipping costs—to the original buyer’s credit/debit card, unless the item was defective. Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days from the date of receipt.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Deliveries

We ship to all GCC countries

*GCC Countries (except UAE): The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees applied upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are collected by the courier or local customs authority at the time of delivery.

If the shipment is within the United Arab Emirates and you wish to receive it in less than 24 hours, this may be possible for an additional cost of 16 AED.
All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners such as Aramex and include tracking. Our orders are delivered in a fully recyclable kraft box.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. info@veoveokids.com
