Each garment includes a detailed size guide with the actual measurements of the item. In addition, we offer personalized assistance via WhatsApp or email to help you choose the perfect size based on your daughter’s age and measurements.

Each Veo Veo garment is made with care and love, but if you are not completely satisfied with your item or wish to exchange it, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• The item is new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• It retains its original tags and packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, please return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Exclusions: Sale items and, for hygiene reasons, all hair accessories. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. The standard return cost is 14 AED.

To process a return:

Repackage your order in the original packaging, and the courier will pick it up within the next few days at the same delivery address. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once the return is approved, the item is received, and everything is checked, we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount paid—minus shipping costs—to the original buyer’s credit/debit card, unless the item was defective.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days from the date of receipt.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify it. If you need to change it, we can cancel it as long as it hasn’t been shipped, and you will need to place a new order. If you wish to add more items, please place a second order.

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel it and issue a refund. If it has already shipped, you will need to request a return.

We recommend professional dry cleaning, an expert level of care that respects the fibers and extends the life of your garment.

Natural Drying
Never use a dryer. Allow your garment to air dry slowly, its fibers and colors will be better preserved, and your little one will be able to keep enjoying it.
